Limited Warranty

Products built by 90 Degree are warranted to be free and clear of all imperfections and defects in design, craftsmanship, material under ordinary use and care for five years from the date of purchase for original purchaser. The parts listed below are not included and these exceptions apply. Any high wear parts like glides, finishes casters fabric or other covering materials (2) years. Electrical and custom-made products not part of 90 Degree standard product line (1) year. 90 Degree does not warrant matching of color, finish, grain, texture of wood or any other variables not controlled by 90 Degree. Shipping damage, or mishaps, inattention, mistreatment, water damage or modifications is not covered under warranty. Any items sold by 90 Degree manufactured by third party will be covered under that manufacturer’s warranty. 90 Degree will not warrant customer own materials. Warranty extends only to original purchaser and sold within continental U.S. North America. The principal resolve of this warranty is to restore exchange and/or replace merchandise at 90 Degree sole discretion, products which become faulty during the coverage time. Purchasers may be asked to produce proof of purchase date. To affect a claim, contact 90 Degree customer service department.

NO OTHER WARRANTY, CONTAINING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL PURPOSE IS MADE BY 90 Degree EITHER COMMUNICATED OR INFERRED. 90 Degree AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR ACCOMPANYING DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT DEFECT.

90 Degree WARRANTY is APPLIED ONLY TO 90 Degree products. Warranty does not relate to connections to 90 Degree products. Any warranty expressed or implied is invalid when 90 Degree components are used in combination with any components not factory-made or sold by 90 Degree. Merchandises not installed or used in accordance with 90 Degree installation and/or application guidelines are not included in this warranty.
